Dr. Jianfeng Zhou is the Assistant Professor at Georgia Tech Shenzhen Institute, Tianjin University, and the Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgia Tech. He holds a B.S. degree in Water Science & Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology (2015). Jianfeng received his M.S. and Ph.D. degree from University of Washington (2017) and Georgia Tech (2021), respectively, both in Environmental Engineering. Jianfeng was a research associate at BioLargo Engineering in 2019. His research focuses on the development of innovative materials and processes for sustainable water treatment and disinfection. He has a broad research interest in environmental nanotechnology, bioaerosol control, and novel energy sources.
